1. Initial situation<\/strong><\/p>\n

In a sample project, customer and article data should be recorded and stored in table form.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

For this purpose, the two tables are named exactly as such, and only those fields are provided for the data to be stored that you want to work with later. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

2. Linked tables<\/strong><\/p>\n

In a further step, the user selects the tables that are related to each other.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Example: For each customer (main table), several contact persons (secondary table) should be managed in a separate table.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

To represent this relationship, select the desired secondary table in a column next to the main table (see illustrative example below). <\/span>The IT-technical processing is then carried out by an automatic program (algorithm) in the background.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

3. What can be done with the now stored (master) data?<\/strong><\/p>\n

After customer addresses and article data including prices have been entered, the user wants to be able to sell articles to customers and create an invoice.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

For this, the tool is told which tables are involved in a sale,<\/span> <\/span>so a booking rule is created. After that, an invoice with selected articles can be created for each customer<\/span> <\/span>.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

At the end of a certain period of time, the sales figures are then of interest. Up to 5 criteria are available for the selection, up to 5 criteria for the grouping and up to 5 criteria for the summation<\/span> of transaction records.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n
